Utilities Required to be Turned On

Electric service needs to be sourced and supplied to each dwelling/building in order to test electrical functions in the home. 

If gas service is required at the home for specific areas such as heating or a cooking stove, gas will need to be turned on and supplied at the property. 

Unless there is a reason to prevent water from being turned on at the property, water service will need to be supplied at the property for plumbing and drainage evaluation.
