Dave, the owner and licensed NJ Home Inspector will greet you and/or your realtor at the property and perform an inspection based on the NJ Standards of Practice. After each home inspection, you will receive a detailed HomeGauge inspection report within 24 hours that lists any areas that may need to be addressed or evaluated by the proper professional before purchasing or selling the property. Included in your report are color pictures illustrating the targeted area(s) of concern so you will be able to visually see each area of the report. Great home inspection services should ensure that you, and all parties involved, understand what is included in a proper home inspection. As a result, you will feel confident and comfortable in your transactions!
